    Hi, I had a baby 11 weeks ago and I am super desperate to tone up, I’m 5’10 and currently weight 160 pounds. Before having my children I was 130 pounds I was lean but wasn’t toned. I gained 60+ pounds with my son and I’m left with the extra loose skin from my first pregnancy, my second pregnancy I gained 10 pounds only because I did not want to make the same mistake twice. Now I’m down to 160 and my goal is to keep losing weight to 135 but my body has loose skin everywhere! Help!! :)

    Hi Im skinny(really skiny already but have more belly than anything else) and I have been working out on my abs but see no results. I try to eat healthy but dont want to lose the weight because I am 21 and weight 95! I know its dad =(..so what should I do?? I only want to lose belly fat not legs or butt because I barely have some =(

    What workouts to do to get toned like that?
    I need some toning.
    I’m normal, I’m not fat or anything but I run everyday and do yoga and pilates and just stuff in my bedroom but i don’t look like this! I eat healthy too. I’m also doing the special k challenge if you know what that is lol also I don’t have weights to lift and I don’t have time for the gym. I work everyday except tues. And thurs.

    about how long did it take for you guys to go from Picture 1 to Picture 2? i’m hoping to tone my body up noticeably but not extremely within the next three to four months, but i’m worried that, with school all day and not that much time to do cardio throughout the week, I won’t be able to see results just by toning up with these videos :/
