    Been looking for new workout inspiration and found some great ideas in this vid! thx!

    Maybe you also have a tip for me: I have a hip delocation (no idea whether that’s the right term in english – but anyway, it means that my right hip bone isn’t in the proper place by birth) which normally is no problem at all – also when training – I’m just unable to do booty exercises for which I have to keep balance standing on all four.
    Do you know any exercises for this region that don’t include this?

    Great video – but you should warn that if you are not trained AT ALL it might start hurting. I got to the second exercise and now my upper arms hurt so darn bad.

    @ToneLub i ate less junk food. i cant let go of it lol. but i ate and drank less sweets. like a handful of m&m’s like once every other day or once a week. i also ate more fruits and veggies. those you need the most, aside from water.
