@sam9794 yes it is quite difficult to lose weight on only one particular part of body but arm fat is less difficult than belly fat , belly fat is the hardest to lose and take longest time, for arms, along with proper healthy diet u need to really stretch them and do some easy arm exercises everyday at home for no longer than 10 min and do some weight resistance exercises as well so that the fat u lose by pumping your heart rate up will convert into muscle not lose skin , ok this is the trick
