I do level 1 . 1 minute rest. Level 2. 2 minutes rest. Then level 3. And it hurts really good. Every otherday

On level 1 I thought foot to foot crunches were the easiest. They were brutal on level 2.
i can’t believe, before 1 month, i did level 1, now i’m going on level 3.level 2 is so eazyyyy

there are easier and more effective ab routines at mybeachbodyfitness. com if any1 wants and alternative. worked for me!
The 177 dislikes are from fat fuckers who couldnt do it…
the only one i couldn’t do was 7. :/ I mean I can do it, but not as fast as he does :S

@drinks2mix I’m not a professional bodybuilder but i’ve been doing this for 5 weeks as well as cardio 3-4 times a week and I can say it definitely works. When you stop seeing results move up to level 3( which is way harder on your lower abs). Good luck
About one and a half month into the program now.. I now have a four pack
