@Rumianallieva how many times a week do i do your workout? It looks promising!
Thank you! I’m going to try this!
@traxgh Try workout and then tell me how you feel your abs
You can have flat ab without doing any exercise for abs. If you want to burn fat than you need to have calorie deficiency and big muscles like thighs, buttocks, chest and back burn the most calories. So if you want to burn belly fat for example you need to work out these big muscles along with exercises for abs of course. Try my system and let me know
@RumianaIlieva I also agree that you shouldn’t only work the abs. It is important to train all major muscles and incorporate cardio. But it doesn’t have to be all in one workout. If you are serious about getting strong and defined abs, there is no other way than doing 10-15 minutes of targeted ab workouts at least a couple of times a week.
@RumianaIlieva I admit, I didn’t try it. But I am sure that squats, lunges, hip extensions and so on are not ab exercises.
I didn’t mean to say it’s a bad workout. It’s just that it’s not specifically for the abs, as the title promises, but a full-body workout.
@traxgh Did you try it? You’ll feel your abs after it. If you know me, I always do full body workouts with stress on abs in this case. It is not healthy to workout only abs but you can stress on them from time to time.
This is not an ab workout. It works a little bit of everything – legs, butt, abs, and nothing in particular.
